Police were called to reports of a road traffic collision on the southbound carriageway just after the Biggleswade South roundabout in Bedfordshire. The incident occurred just after 5pm on Wednesday (August 5), Bedfordshire Police confirmed. A spokesperson for the force said: "Six vehicles were involved, including five cars and a lorry.
