According to the complaint, Gupta invested nearly ₹3 crore to set up an exclusive Being Human jewellery showroom in Manimajra, Chandigarh. Ltd., the company licensed to manufacture and market Being Human jewellery. The court has directed Salman Khan, Alvira Agnihotri and the other parties named in the complaint to file their responses to the allegations. Ltd., the global licensee for the Being Human jewellery business, denied that Salman Khan or Alvira Agnihotri were directly connected to the commercial agreement.
