PERHAM — The Market in Perham recently handed over a donation to 4-H Clubs of East Otter Tail County. The funds were recently presented to the East Otter Tail County 4-H organization with no strings attached on how they use the money, Still said. Sarah Downhour, a 4-H extension educator in East Otter Tail County, said the donation means more kids can participate and get involved with 4-H, without cost being a barrier.
