Oh dear, But then, as many critics have commented, quite rightly, Capita is being paid to deliver a service, a pretty vital service to the public sector, and deserves to be held to account for delivery/non-delivery.
But regardless of what happens in the coming months regarding this particular contract, the wider question for Capita’s management is clearly what impact this has on its overall prospects as a provider for the UK public sector?
