In an effort to track down two men who are believed to have shot an Uber driver in a failed robbery attempt earlier this year, the Philadelphia Police Department has released surveillance footage of the pair. And, at one point in the video, the police highlighted that the offenders' voices could be heard in the footage -- though what they say is unintelligible. This incident happened, officials said, when a 38-year-old woman who was working as a rideshare driver, was sitting in her car along the 2800 block of Poplar Street. Police describe the pair sought in the incident as two men who were both wearing hooded jackets at the time the shooting occurred.
