DCI Seizes 700 Litres of Chang'aa from Toyota Probox in Busia, Arrests SuspectSource: TwitterThe operation led to the arrest of Brian Wandera Aroge, 43, after officers stopped a Toyota Probox, registration number KDB 387M, which was travelling at high speed. A physical search of the vehicle produced 35 jerricans, each with a 20-litre capacity, all filled with chang'aa.
