The family of a woman killed in a boat crash on the Fox River last month plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit Thursday, with lawyers calling the incident that left 48-year-old Magdalena Jablonska dead a "horrific, tragic, avoidable accident." Jablonska's fiancé was also injured in the crash, which occurred the afternoon of July 25 along the Fox River south of the McHenry Dam in McHenry.
