According to Galaxy Backbone, it sets national guidelines for cloud adoption and the infrastructure that supports it. The company framed its own role as supporting whatever comes next, from stronger data security practices to broader adoption of cloud technology across government services. Galaxy Backbone didn’t specify enforcement timelines, nor did it address what happens to organizations already storing Nigerian data abroad.
