PHOENIX [mdash] James Reginald Flagg "Jim" Jim Flagg, 84, died peacefully at home in Phoenix AZ on September 2, 2025. Born September 20, 1940, in Bradford PA, to James M Flagg and Harriet Partridge, he was the eldest of four. Jim married Joan Richey in1962, raising sons Ray and Ron. A car enthusiast, he raced "Lickity Split" and co-founded Impressive Ceilings in Michigan. After Joan's 2011 passing, he found love with Geraldine. Survived by sons Ray (Lynn), Ron (Darcy), sister Patricia, Geraldine and extended family. Cremation per his wishes; interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Traverse City, MI.
