The latest meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council (EIC) has begun in Cholpon-Ata. It is being held as part of Kyrgyzstan’s chairmanship of the Eurasian Economic Union. The Council’s work is being conducted in both narrow and expanded formats. In addition, a number of documents will be signed during the meeting, and the heads of government will meet with President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov. The expanded session of the Eurasian Economic Council will continue on Friday.
