['Josh Butler']
Latest architecture news – The Architects’ Journal
The practice’s scheme, for two three-bedroom, two-storey family homes, would be built on an ‘underutilised’ residential garden in south Buckinghamshire.
Novak Hiles said it was designed to maintain the site’s openness to the surrounding Chiltern green belt land.
AdvertisementA practice spokesperson said: ‘The intention has been to utilise grey-belt policy to deliver high-quality contemporary new homes which respect the character of the surrounding locality and neighbouring properties.
The submission comes after Novak Hiles won approval for a 15-home scheme on a grey-belt site in Barking & Dagenham, east London, which was given consent in 2025.
