After the traditional opening of the festival, the first band to play were The Lottery Winners, an indie-pop band from Manchester, England. Day 2Despite the sweltering heat, the first band to start off Friday’s concerts were Bum Bum Orkestrar, a highly energetic Polish band mixing traditional folk, Balkan brass band music, and Jewish Klezmer music. Next up were Dziwna Wiosna, a psychedelic Polish rock band performing for the first time on the big stage, after two previous performances on the smaller stage in 2022 and 2025. Spidergawd, a Norwegian rock band were next on, playing what vocalist Per Borten described as “happy heavy metal,” with clear influences from artists such as Deep Purple. Day 3Saturday afternoon, although rainy and muddy, proved to be just as incredible as the rest of the festival.
