Authorities have arrested a teen suspect allegedly involved in a double homicide where a Citadel cadet and his childhood friend were gunned down in Florida. The DeLand Police Department announced they arrested a 17-year-old suspect on two counts of second-degree murder. Rose, who attended The Citadel Military College of South Carolina, was home on break while pursuing his childhood dream of serving in the military.
