Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes has completed his medical at Arsenal and signed a four-year contract with a 12-month option, according to journalist Vene Casagrande. The 28-year-old has finally made the switch to the Premier League holders and could be presented as a new player pretty soon. Casagrande reveals that the experienced star has successfully completed his medical tests at the London giants and signed a contract until June 2030 with an option for another year. Greek winger Christos Tzolis remains the Gunners’ most recent acquisition, but it is a matter of hours before Arsenal formally confirm Guimaraes’ arrival. The Brazilian is one of the best all-round midfielders in the Premier League, and had another fine 2025/26 season.
