The City of Kimberley is advising residents, businesses, and visitors of upcoming traffic disruptions as work begins this week on the Kimberley Avenue Corridor Improvement Project. This important infrastructure project will improve transportation and utility infrastructure along Kimberley Avenue and will require periodic traffic restrictions and temporary road closures throughout construction. Residents and visitors should plan ahead, follow posted detour and speed signs and allow additional travel time, as this familiar connection will be periodically unavailable during the project. “We appreciate the community’s patience as we complete these important infrastructure upgrades and encourage motorists to follow posted detours and allow extra travel time when travelling through the area.” Thank you for your patience and support as we invest in this important infrastructure project.
