Spread the wordThe Police Service Commission (PSC) has approved the posting of Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Auwal Musa Mohammed as the new Commandant of the Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC), Wudil, Kano State, alongside the deployment of eight Commissioners of Police (CPs) to various state commands across the country. Blueprint reportsThe development was contained in a statement issued by the Head of Protocol and Public Relations of the commission, Mr. Torty Njoku Kalu. AIG Auwal takes over at Police AcademyAccording to the PSC, AIG Auwal Musa Mohammed brings more than 33 years of policing experience to his new assignment at the Nigeria Police Academy. The commission also approved the deployment of CP Tijani Murtala to Jigawa State Command and CP Samuel Erale Etaifo to Delta State Command. Other members of the commission who attended the meeting included Alhaji Abdulfatah Mohammed, retired Justice Christine Ladi Dabup and the Secretary to the Commission, Chief Onyemuche Nnamani.
