Lee was born on the 4th of July, 1944, in Great Falls, Montana, to Stan and Rita Legowik. Once stateside, he joined the Washington Army National Guard, where he ultimately became the Assistant Adjutant General for the Washington Army National Guard for seven years. His memorial service will be held at Niswonger-Reynolds Funeral Home on Thursday, August 6th with visitation from 1:00PM to 3:00PM and memorial service at 3:00PM. He will be laid to rest in the Willamette National Cemetery on Monday, August 17th at 3:00PM in Portland, Oregon.
