Staff ReportROCHESTER – A Fort Wayne man has been arrested following a high-speed vehicle pursuit in Rochester. On July 28, Rochester Police officers noticed a vehicle make an aggressive turn and not use a turn signal. The vehicle was clocked going at speeds of 90 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. Officers continued to follow the vehicle onto Old US 31, where speeds over 100 mph were reached. Wells has been arrested in Fulton County and has active warrants in Newton County and also in Illinois.
