Aug 06, 2026Dwayne PageThe DeKalb County Grand Jury met Tuesday to begin a new term and handed down indictments against 12 people in cases bound over from General Sessions Court along with seven sealed indictments including one case with five defendants. Those indicted will appear for arraignment in DeKalb County Criminal Court on August 18 before Judge Gary McKenzie. The names of those in sealed indictments cannot be released until they are served and picked up. Those indicted in bind over cases are as follows:Jason S.
