Lean Solutions Group (LSG) has acquired Rapido Solutions Group, expanding its AI-enabled transportation and logistics outsourcing platform while significantly strengthening its nearshore operations in Mexico. Founded in 2019, Chicago-based Rapido Solutions Group provides nearshore business services to freight brokerages, third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and asset-based carriers. The company operates delivery centers in Guadalajara and León, Mexico, offering carrier sales, customer support, back-office administration, technology operations and sales support. LSG said the objective is to help logistics providers adopt AI while retaining specialized industry expertise. The Rapido acquisition is LSG’s latest expansion move following its acquisition of Lead2Revenue earlier this year and the integration of Hubtek’s services division.
