The new owner of Petrofac Asset Solutions will close its current headquarters in Aberdeen and relocate later this year. Reasons for CB&I Aberdeen office moveNow CB&I Assets Solutions plans to leave its multi-storey offices, named Bridge View, at North Esplanade West in Aberdeen city centre. It will relocate six miles west to Caledonia House at the Prime Four Business Park in Kingswells in the last quarter of this year. The review highlighted alternative options in the market which CB&I Asset Solutions said provided “significant benefits, both in terms of cost-effectiveness and enhanced facilities”. The CNOOC, Apache and Taqa buildings at the Prime Four business park in Kingswells were acquired by EEH Ventures from BMO.
