Now, Pokémon Company employees are suing the company in a class action lawsuit. The woman claims to have worked for The Pokémon Company for five years, and is looking to represent anyone who visited the office and used the restrooms between 2017 and July 2026. Local authorities say that they found “hundreds” of videos from inside the Pokémon office bathroom, as well as some originating from a local Starbucks, and some from Tsai’s home. The Pokémon Company released a statement to TMZ saying, “Our focus remains on the well-being of our employees. The original report from Seattle Times in January said Tsai allegedly claimed to be ““mainly curious about transgender people and was not attracted to children.”
