16-year-old Faces Attempted Murder Charge in Willingboro

Willingboro Township, N.J. — A 16-year-old Willingboro boy is facing attempted murder charges after authorities say he fired multiple shots from a moving vehicle at a person standing in their own front yard.
Detectives from the Willingboro Township Police Department and the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office identified the juvenile as the suspect and arrested him six days later.
The teen was placed in a juvenile detention facility in Middlesex County pending a hearing in Superior Court in Mount Holly.
The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
