Roxanne Loehr, 85, of Moscow, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at her home. She was born Aug. 27, 1940, and attended Moscow schools through the eighth grade. She then attended St. Paul’s School for Girls, a private school in Walla Walla, and graduated from there in June 1958. The winter was so bad, the next semester she was enrolled in University of Arizona, Phoenix and earned a degree in education in 1962. Later, she attended summer classes at the University of Idaho and earned a master’s degree in Education.
