New Minot City Pound Location & Moving DateThe Minot Pound is moving to a new location next month. The Minot Pound has been operating out of a temporary location for some time, at the Ward County highway building. Starting September 1st, the puppies and caretakers will pack up and move to a Trinity Health warehouse along 4th Avenue Southeast. This prompted the county to approve a capacity increase through September while the city looked for something more permanent.
