During the interactive session, she explained how South Africa has just received a World Bank loan for water and sanitation projects.
She further warned that this loan will have wider implications for austerity and public spending.
At the same time, there is a growing push to privatise water and sanitation in South Africa.
But this is not only happening in South Africa; it is happening everywhere across the region.
