Rosa's Thai, which has a restaurant in Coney Street, is giving away free Pad Thai to GCSE and A-Level students on their respective results days. Saiphin, the founder of Rosa's Thai, has perfected the Pad Thai sauce over the years with a secret ingredient—tamarinds from her hometown of Phetchabun. More than 100 free Pad Thai are available at 42 restaurants across England and Wales.
