The service will take place on Sunday, August 9, at 10am, welcoming people of all ages. The Lady Chapel also offers resources for prayer, and the church welcomes enquiries about weddings, baptisms, and funerals. Meanwhile, the Malhamdale Local History Group will host a talk on Thursday, August 20, at 7.30pm at Kirkby Malham Parish Hall. The talk, titled 'Kirk Sink: the history of Craven’s Roman Villa', will be delivered by Rachel Varley. Visitors are welcome, with a £4 fee for non-members, which includes refreshments.
