A few months ago, I was waiting for a train at Highbury & Islington when I spotted a guy wearing a black Kangol hat. We'd all seen the Kangol flat cap. There was simply no way anyone was buying a Kangol hat in 2026 without a little help from TV. Of every great coat or jumper or sneaker that could've escaped that show and into people's wardrobes, it was the Kangol hat that won. The Kangol flat cap has had famous fans for decades.
