Dr Martens names former Sephora Asia president new non-exec director

Gogi brings extensive international retail, commercial and omnichannel experience to the position at Dr Martens, including senior leadership roles at beauty retailer Sephora, part of LVMH, where she was most recently president, Asia, overseeing operations across 10 markets between June 2020 and January 2025.
She previously held a number of other senior leadership roles at Sephora, including managing director for south east Asia and senior vice president of merchandising for Asia and Greater China.
Upon joining the Dr Martens board, Gogi will also become a member of its audit and risk, remuneration and nomination committees.

In July, Dr Martens announced its financial outlook and guidance for the full-year 2027 was unchanged as its growth strategy continued to take shape.
