Turner, now 21, had appeared before the court in September last year where he was handed a suspended sentence for battery and intentional strangulation, committed against his former partner.
He was barred from contacting her by a restraining order.
Turner repeatedly accused his ex of seeing other people and made threats to several men in her life, including turning up at their workplaces and threatening violence.
On Wednesday, Turner admitted common assault, harassment, sending threatening messages and breaching his restraining order and suspended sentence.
Recorder Przybylska sentenced Turner, of Heath Road, Wivenhoe, to immediate custody.
