Forsey and Son, a funeral director based in Glastonbury, completed a three-day Cycle and Stroll Challenge in aid of Children's Hospice South West and Dorothy House Hospice Care as part of its 80th anniversary celebrations. Team members travelled between all four Forsey and Son branches in Somerset, cycling and walking over three days. Sam Forsey, managing director of Forsey and Son, said: "As part of our work, we have the privilege of seeing first-hand the extraordinary care provided by Children’s Hospice South West. The funds raised will be split between the two charities, which offer specialist care, comfort, and support to families during extremely difficult times. Children's Hospice South West said it costs nearly £16m each year to keep its three hospices running and to continue providing care across the region.
