“Gilmore Girls” fans will soon be able to grab some coffee and head back to Stars Hollow for a behind-the-scenes look at the cozy series. Lauren Graham, the actress who portrays Lorelei Gilmore, posted the news on Instagram this week. It’s unclear when the documentary will premiere or which other cast members will appear in the film. The documentary, which is being directed by Bonni Cohen, “marks the first-ever authorized documentary about the series, which celebrated the 25th anniversary of its debut in 2025,” the release says. “Gilmore Girls” aired seven seasons from 2000 to 2007; Netflix created a revival, “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life,” a series of four 90-minute episodes that premiered in 2016.
