A man was arrested three weeks after another man was shot to death in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood. The victim, 29-year-old Breidy Martinez of Dorchester, was pronounced dead at the scene. A man on a motorcycle was fatally shot just before noon in Dorchester, Boston police said. The shooting was the second of the day in the city, following a 5 a.m. shooting near Boston Common that left one person injured.
