For me, the durability of this Agreement will not be measured simply by the passage of time. Are we coordinating well enough that communities experience one peace process rather than a collection of separate programs? Communities do not experience implementation one programme at a time. Today, it reflects the trust painstakingly built through the enduring ceasefire and the steady work of our jointly established mechanisms. Together, let us make this Agreement endure.
