The events bring together the prime ministers, ministers, regional leaders, and representatives of development institutions and businesses from Kyrgyzstan and Russia. The opening ceremony will feature video addresses by Presidents Sadyr Japarov and Vladimir Putin. The program does not include their in-person participation.
