During a recent Dark Side of the Ring Q&A on Vice TV, Joe addressed how having honesty in the locker room is more valuable than self-appointed leaders. “Being a locker room leader, I think leader is a weird term. If I happen to be one of those people in the locker room, awesome,” Joe said. I think just having, not leaders, but honest people in your locker room is very valuable.
