Thorntown farmer arrested, accused of shooting at crop dusterTHORNTOWN, Ind. (WISH) — A Thorntown farmer was arrested and charged with attempted murder for shooting at a crop duster in the air over his farm last summer, the Boone County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release. Kedrick J. Miller, 41, is being held without bond at the Boone County jail while waiting for his court date. The Boone County Prosecutor’s Office filed several charges against Miller, including attempted murder, attempting to disrupt an aircraft, criminal recklessness, and intimidation. The Republican sheriff said the shooting created a dangerous situation for the pilot and those on the ground.
