Los Angeles Rams superstar edge-rusher Myles Garrett has returned to practice on Wednesday after missing four straight days due to lower-body soreness. The return comes after McVay relayed that the injury wasn't too serious despite the missed time. "Nothing to worry about, so we're erring on the side of being smart with him," head coach Sean McVay told reporters Sunday. The Rams made the biggest splash of the NFL offseason when they traded defensive end Jared Verse and a 2027 first-rounder, 2028 second-rounder and 2029 third-rounder for Garrett. With apologies to Aaron Donald, there hasn't been a more impactful defensive player in the past decade than Garrett.
