The presentation will delve into various aspects of ADHD, such as late diagnosis, masking and daily experiences often left unspoken. Diagnosed in her forties, Ms Grainger has since coached hundreds of people and has become a trusted voice on neurodiversity. Ms Grainger, who also founded Norfolk Women with ADHD and Norfolk People with ADHD Facebook communities, expressed her excitement about connecting with the local community.
