Wymondham Countrysiders member Edward Tarry won joint second place in the National Young Farmers Dairy Stockjudging finals at the Great Yorkshire Show. Countrysiders are the junior branch of Young Farmers' Clubs, with members aged between 10-16, and there are currently seven of these clubs across Norfolk. He has previously won Junior Stockman of the Year at the Royal Norfolk Show in 2023, 2024 and 2026. He has represented Norfolk at the YFC's Eastern Area and National finals, and will be competing again in the Junior Stockman of the Year national finals in August. His mother Jane said: "Edward lives on the family farm which has a beef suckler herd and commercial sheep flock.
