Kieron Mytton was hoping to create a self-build property at Willow Farm on Elsing Road in North Tuddenham. The home would be spread across two floors and feature four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge, dining room, utility room, home office, boot room, and garage. Mr Mytton put forward an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate, which rules over planning disputes. But the appeal was dismissed by the Planning Inspectorate on August 3.
