Maurice, a ginger tom rescue cat, lives with his owners and their two children in Cley. He was found by his owner Stuart Banks with his leg “hanging off” on Sunday morning and was rushed to an emergency vet. Maurice was later operated on at The Grove Veterinary Hospital in Fakenham, where his leg was amputated. "I am just really sad, my children are both really sad that this has happened and someone would want to do this to our pet. "We are hugely grateful to the community for rallying around us and supporting Maurice to get back on his feet.”
