PLYMOUTH — The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department obtained a complaint of inappropriate behavior between the suspect,Anthony M. Ferree, 24, and a 13-year-old child. The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, along with the Division of Child Services, started investigating the complaint. On Wednesday,​ Aug. 5,​ 2026,​ Lt. Detective Les McFarland, along with Detective Jonathan Bryant, went to Feree’s residence located on Forest View Drive​ in Plymouth​ for the investigation. Drug paraphernalia and a substance believed to be marijuana, as well as methamphetamine, were recovered. A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review and formal charges to be filed.
