As our children prepare for the start of a new school year, several changes have been made within the Killeen Independent School District (KISD). While some parents agree with the updates, others have been vocal about their concerns. Killeen ISD has now shared another update on its website regarding the 2026–2027 school year, and it's one that many parents have been asking about. After everything families experienced during and after COVID, many parents have been trying to restore a sense of normalcy.
