Kyle Busch built one of the most decorated careers in NASCAR history, but later this month, he and wife Samantha Busch will be recognized for something that extends far beyond the racetrack. The Carlos Rodón Foundation announced Wednesday that the couple will receive the Seeds of Hope Award during its third annual Willow Gala on Aug. 24 in New York City. The award celebrates the impact of The Bundle of Joy Fund, the nonprofit Samantha Busch founded after publicly sharing the couple’s own fertility journey. The honor will be awarded posthumously to Kyle Busch, who died on May 21 after complications from severe bacterial pneumonia that progressed to sepsis and hemorrhagic shock. The Carlos Rodón Foundation was established following Rodón and his wife Ashley’s own infertility journey.
