Bob Weis has a new home. The former Walt Disney Imagineering president, who announced his retirement in late 2022 after a 42-year run with the studio, has confirmed that he’s signed with WME for representation. On his slate are two Disney Editions/Random House Worlds titles, with the tome Marty Sklar: Time Capsules of Walt Disney Imagineering set for release on April 13, 2027. Not long after graduating, he got a job with Walt Disney Imagineering — then known as WED Enterprises — in 1980. In September 2024, Weis published his memoir, Dream Chasing: My Four Decades of Success and Failure with Walt Disney Imagineering (Disney Editions distributed by Penguin Random House).
