Mumbai, Aug 06: Indel Remit, the foreign exchange division of Indel Money Limited, has received RBI approval to offer trade remittance services. This perpetual license expands the company’s foreign exchange capabilities and strengthens its presence in India’s growing cross-border payments ecosystem. Headquartered in Mumbai, Indel Remit currently holds an Authorized Dealer Category-II license from the RBI for foreign exchange business. With the new license, Indel Remit is now authorized to undertake any non-trade current account transaction permissible under the Act, other than gift and donation and foreign trade transactions up to Rs 25 lakh per transaction. Traders can now make fast, secure, and reliable payments up to Rs 25 lakh per transaction through the Indel Money arm.
