Haus Group has acquired global ownership and control of PITT Cooking, the internationally recognised manufacturer of patented integrated cooktop systems. The acquisition will place the PITT Cooking brand under the ownership of Haus Group, further expanding the company’s presence within the premium kitchen appliance sector. Outgoing PITT Cooking CEO, Peter Glusker said, “This marks an important milestone for PITT Cooking. PITT Cooking co-founder, Arold Korst added, “With this transaction we are combining the best of both worlds.
