Arts Council Of Wayne County Names Interim Executive DirectorGOLDSBORO, N.C. — The Arts Council of Wayne County has named Fritz Knack as its interim executive director following the departure of Executive Director Anna Hinson. During her tenure, the Arts Council said it expanded community engagement, strengthened partnerships and advanced strategic planning efforts. “Anna’s leadership has strengthened the Arts Council and positioned the organization for continued success,” Knack said. “Fritz brings a unique combination of professional experience, institutional knowledge, and dedication to the Arts Council’s mission,” said Balik Whack, chair of the Arts Council Board of Directors. “That mission will continue to guide everything we do as we support artists, expand opportunities, and strengthen the role of creativity throughout Wayne County.”
